Gaelic Awareness Month a Success
Gaelic Awareness Month was a great success with over 250 people joining us on Facebook, sharing Gaelic news and events from all over the world. Gaelic was heard in farmers markets, coffee shops and classrooms and many other places. Thanks to everyone who participated. Crestone, Colorado Gaelic Awairness Events
Wednesdays and Saturdays from 1-5pm at the Laughing Buddha Bazaar. Come Learn a Gaelic song, play a game or just learn more about Scottish Gaelic.
ACGA to observe May as Gaelic Awareness Month.
Following the lead of the Gaelic community in Nova Scotia. ACGA has decided to observe May as Gaelic Awareness Month. During the month of May some ACGA members will be hosting events in their local communities to raise awareness of Scottish Gaelic. Events will range from handing out fliers to playing simple games and language workshops. Check back here for further details and to see if there is an event near you.
