ACGA Policy: Students under 18 are welcome. However, if they intend to stay overnight, a parent, or parent-appointed guardian, must accompany them. Guardians must submit a signed parental agreement to that effect. Please request form if under 18.
Fees and Payment
Note: Our housing costs have been approximately doubled this year, adding
over $125 to our cost for each attendee. As a result, we're adding $50 to our
registration fee. At this amount, we'll still be taking a loss on each
registration, so if you're able to mke a donation (see below), please do so.
We want to continue the event, and we want to minimize the shock to our
regulars, so we've adopted this intermediate strategy for this one year. Then
we'll see. It's still a bargain compared with other similar events, in our opinion.
We hope you'll agree.
